Our Japanese-style room for three was spacious, with a separate entrance area for luggage or getting ready, and a traditional bedroom with clean tatami and cozy bedding. Bathrobes were provided too. We had lovely views of Mt. Fuji through two windows, while the front looked over the station. The hotel was clean and peaceful, and the staff were very helpful. At around $80 USD a night for three, it felt like great value. It's right by the station, about a 10-minute walk to the town center and the main Fuji shrine, with two 7-Elevens and a large Aeon Mall nearby. Before arriving I emailed with a few reservation questions, and they replied almost immediately and cleared everything up. That small, thoughtful touch made me feel welcome already. A perfect one-day retreat in Fujinomiya. I'd definitely stay again ⭐️

The top floor has wonderful views over the area, and the rooms were very clean. The location also made getting around easy, about 3 minutes from a 7-Eleven and 8 minutes from Aeon Mall. The staff went out of their way to help: they took care of some mailing for me so I didn't have to find a post office, and called cabs every day for my visits to Taisekiji. I had a fantastic stay at the Fujinomiya Green Hotel last year. Highly recommend for convenience and service.

We found it good value, and our traditional Japanese-style room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and there were lots of amenities available. Getting around was easy too, since the bus and train station are right next door. We'd definitely recommend staying here :)

Right across from JR Fujinomiya Station, the location is hard to beat. The hotel has on-site parking for a small extra charge, 500 yen per day, as I recall. Fujinomiya Green Hotel is a good budget option if you want an authentic stay in Shizuoka.

I woke up in a traditional Japanese room with Mount Fuji in view, which I really liked. The hotel has an old-school feel, and the rooms and facilities are a bit dated. That's actually my favorite part, it feels like a throwback to earlier times.
