I stayed here for a work trip and wouldn't come back. The walls were thin, so I could hear people in neighboring rooms. Noise from the busy area was also a problem, with restaurants and people drinking nearby, plus deliveries around 3 or 4 a.m. I didn't sleep well. The bed was fine, but there were no outlets near it, so I had to leave my phone across the room. Check-in also left me feeling unwelcome. They had an automatic check-in machine, but the staff didn't ask before deciding I shouldn't use it myself. I knew how the process worked, and they were busy on the phone, but they didn't even greet me properly.

Way overrated for a three-star place. The room was okay, but the old TV had no YouTube or other apps, and the Wi-Fi was bad. It even disconnected in the elevator. The food wasn't good either, so it felt like a waste of money. There was a really bad smell in the room and the hallway, and it gave me a headache.

The room is a little small, maybe just enough for Japanese guests, but the location is perfect. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around, plus a good bar across from the hotel. They provided lots of useful amenities, including shampoo, body soap, conditioner, bath salts, and foot massage items. Free coffee was available too. The hospitality was good.

We booked a room for two adults and a newborn, but it was too small.

I spent a gloomy night in an ashtray.
