Cottage F was massive, with bedrooms upstairs and a living room and kitchenette below. The location is handy, with food shops just across the road, and everything was clean and well kept. There’s an onsen just behind the bathroom, and the BBQ and sparklers were fun. Worked well for our big group.

The terrace is great for BBQ, and the atmosphere here is lovely. All we needed was some good beef and plenty of beer. Probably the best cottage around Kawaguchi-ko lake.

The staff were really helpful, and I’d happily come back. I could see MountFuji from the balcony, and the modern features were all there. The Onsen style bath was great for unwinding, and the stay was well worth it.
