We spent almost a week here on a family vacation, and it was good value. The room was small but clean. There’s parking, a vending machine, and a little playground nearby. We couldn’t get the terminal in our room to work, so the room Wi-Fi was unavailable and we had to use the lobby connection. I tried reaching someone through the website chat, but it only gave me an error.

The automated check-in was smooth, and the stay was comfortable with everything we needed. It’s a handy location if you’re traveling through the port. No unnecessary expensive extras, either.

The room was nice and looked like the photos on the website, but getting in was a mess. The sign said reception was unmanned, and the ID from the QR code on the locked door wouldn’t work. None of the IDs in the confirmation email worked either. We tried both phone numbers listed on the website and couldn’t get help, then emailed the support address on the wall with no luck. We finally reached Agoda support after waiting 45 minutes. The Agoda support guy deserves 5/5 stars.

We were five people and there were eight beds, so everyone slept comfortably. The only disappointment was that just four beds had power outlets. A long charging cable can help with that. There’s a parking lot right in front, and it’s very cheap. We left the car there for our whole three-day, two-night stay and paid only 2,100 yen.
