They were understanding about our late arrival, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The water pressure was excellent too. The street noise was a downside, and the bed cubby got hot at night even though there were air conditioners in the room. I’d stay again.
One of my favorite hostels in japan. The staff are so friendly, and the bed in the mixed dorm was comfortable. There’s a fully stocked kitchen with a dining table, plus a separate common room with tatami flooring, tables and armchairs. Breakfast is toast and similar food from 8am-11am, which is a nice long window if you want to sleep in. It’s also under a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station. The kimono rentals and origami station are a nice touch.
The staff were ridiculously friendly and outgoing, starting conversations and even buying me ice cream. The place is pretty close to the station, about a ten-minute walk, and very clean. The rooms are capsule-like but roomy, each with a safe and ledge. There’s an elevator too, so no worrying about hauling yourself up stairs. I loved the place, would definitely stay again and recommend it.
The price is competitive for this area, and Hakata Station is about a 10-minute walk away. I stayed in a mixed dorm and found the bed comfortable. The staff were really friendly, and there’s a fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook. They also put out breakfast, like toast, from 8 to 11 am.
The common space was a nice place to spend time, and the hostel was pretty quiet during our stay, which made sense for that time of year. It’s around a 15-minute walk from Canal City and close to Hakata Station. Our bed was comfortable, and the facilities were clean and worked as they should. Thanks for having us.
