The room was much too hot and dry overnight, so sleeping was uncomfortable. The air conditioning only offered fan settings, Off, Low, Medium, or High, with no temperature control. The dehumidifier was running at full power, and shower water turned cold very quickly. There was also visible mold around the bathroom ventilation fan duct. For the price, the room felt very small and the stay wasn't worth it. The hotel is about a 10minute walk from most main areas. If you arrive early, there's no free luggage storage, only paid storage. I was also charged a ¥400 accommodation tax at check-in that wasn't included in the advertised price. It's a small amount, but it should be shown upfront.

A nice budget hotel, with a few convenience stores nearby. The bus station is about a 5 minute walk, and Hakata station is 30 minutes away on foot. There is paid parking on site on a first come, first served basis, I believe it's ¥2000/day. The rooms are quite small, so if there are more than two people in a room, get two beds rather than one double. Reception is on the 10th floor, where you can pick up toiletries and extra towels. Checkout is easy, just drop the key card in the box in the elevator. Coin lockers in the lobby are available for luggage before check-in.
They have no luggage storage service at all. If you get there before the 3 PM check-in and need to leave your bags, you have to use their paid lockers, which cost 500 yen per use. That's incredibly overpriced and feels like a cash grab, with no hospitality in the policy. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I'd strongly recommend staying somewhere else.
The location is pretty good and the hotel was clean, but I wouldn't stay more than one night. The reception on the 10th floor is awkward to reach, and there's only one very slow elevator with few options for taking the stairs. Getting to reception for anything takes forever because of it. The receptionist was nice, so that star is for her, even with the 10th floor setup. The room felt like it was made for a dog. I've never seen a smaller one, and if you're used to a normal apartment, it'll feel about the size of a bathroom. The way the building gets you around is badly designed. Look elsewhere for a longer stay in Fukuoka.
The service was really good and helpful, but the room was very small, with a tiny bathroom and no room for personal items or towels. The toilet refill system was strange. It was also very expensive compared with their other properties in Japan.
