We’ve been to Japan five times, and we loved staying here. The rooms are spacious and warm, with new furniture and a toilet that worked well. The bathtub got hot and was a decent size, and the supplies lasted us ten days. If you’re used to Japan, sorting your rubbish and figuring out the appliances and what to buy at the store, you should find the place comfortable. We walk a lot, so the location didn’t feel far to us. There’s a 7-11 nearby, along with ramen and barbecue restaurants. My one suggestion is to add a smoking area or ashtray. We had to smoke outside, then gather our ashes and cigarette ends in a bag to throw away.

Parking was my only complaint. It’s included, but the spaces fill up quickly, so if I rent a car in Fukuoka again, I might choose somewhere with guaranteed parking. The stay itself was great. Everything is self-service, so I didn’t interact with staff at all.

The neighborhood was quiet, and check-in was self-service. The room was spotless and had everything needed for laundry. It’s a little way from the station, but still walkable. Familymart is the closest convenience store.

The easy check-in was done on a laptop at the entrance, and there was free parking. The room was much bigger than I’m used to in Japan, with a projector, smart TV, kitchen, and three beds: two large full-size beds and a large twin. It’s a 10-minute drive from Canal City or a 20-minute walk. I loved the place and will definitely return.

The amenities were satisfactory and made the stay comfortable, and being near Hakata Station is certainly convenient for travelers. Cleanliness could be better, which was disappointing. It’s a decent option overall.
