Getting to the station and around the city was easy, and there was free wifi. The room had a washing machine and kitchen, plus a separate shower room with a bathtub and R.C. It was very clean and fresh, with useful extras like free bottles of water, shampoo, treatment, body soap, and bath salts. I’d really recommend staying here if you get the chance to visit Fukuoka.

The rooms were clean, but there’s no housekeeping during the stay, and it was really hard to get hold of hotel staff. There’s no reception at the hotel, either, and it’s in a different area. There wasn’t a kettle in the room.

The room was roomy and really comfortable, with a kitchen, balcony, washing machine, and free laundry detergent. I was unsure at first because the reviews were mixed, but some guests seem to miss the hotel’s instructions. Check-in is near the station, separate from the accommodation, so keep that in mind before you head over. We saw people arrive with their luggage and only then discover the counter wasn’t at the accommodation. The counter is also very close to the station and has free draft beer. If you read the instructions sent with your confirmation, I’d highly recommend the place.

The price is reasonable, and the room is spacious compared with other units, with complete facilities. It works well for a short or medium stay. The downside is that it’s about 15 minutes from the busy area around Hakata Station.
