The location is good and the amenities were decent, but I'd say this works better for one or two travelers than a group. We booked for four, expecting one double bed and a double tatami mat. The room we got was too narrow to unfold the mat, so all four of us couldn't sleep in the same room. The first few photos in the booking selection showed a larger room than the one we received, which was the main reason for our disappointment. We understood we'd basically paid for what we chose, but customer service couldn't arrange another room or a refund. They apologized, but couldn't help, so it felt pretty bad to call just to hear someone say sorry.

The room was clean and, though not big, suited us as a couple. It was larger than the other options in that price range, and the hotel's location was ideal. Self check-in felt like an unnecessary hassle. The walls are thin too, and although guests are asked to keep quiet, some don't.

We left as soon as we saw the room and found somewhere else to stay. My wife had an asthma attack when we entered, and there was black mold in the property. The room was filthy, trashed, and hadn't been cleaned properly. When we switched on the AC, the moldy smell filled the room. Appliances were coming off the wall, there was hair on the bed, and the kitchen counter was dirty from the previous occupants. The owner refused our refund request. This looks like a fraudulent business front, and I'd warn people away. I attached pictures, though I couldn't photograph inside the AC to show the mold infestation.

We booked three nights through agoda for our family of four, including two elementary school children, because the listing photo showed two double beds. When we checked in, there was just one double bed. The owner added double bedding and two pillows, turning the double room into a four-person room. With no space to move the table and chairs, one adult had to sleep on the floor, and we could only stay there in great embarrassment. Our three suitcases fit only in the narrow hallway. The AC filter was covered in thick dust, as if it hadn't been cleaned for a long time, and the inside was moldy. We were given only two large bath towels for the three-night stay, and the two small towels weren't changed each day. There were also blood stains on the mattress and comforter. For two adults and two children, you might manage one night, but I wouldn't consider this hotel for more than that.
