I was a little unsure because the price was low, but the room turned out nicer than I expected and came fully furnished, so it worked well for a comfortable stay and seems suitable for longer visits. After I filled out the guest list, they sent clear instructions about the room. The neighborhood is quiet at night, and shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. The subway and buses nearby make it easy to get to Tenjin and Hakata. The bus stop is only a minute away, and I could get straight to either area; the bicycle ride is also about a minute’s walk, which helped me use my time well. I found the location very convenient. My only small concern was the thin walls, so a noisy neighbor could be an issue.
