The service was very poor. They only responded when they needed money from me. When I asked questions or tried to get help, they went completely missing.
I was here for a live concert at PayPay Dome, and the apartment-style room turned out more comfortable and convenient than I expected. It was spotless, had no everyday living smells, and felt relaxing. Having a full kitchen, microwave, and washing machine was handy for reheating food when I was tired of eating out and washing sweaty clothes the same day. Wi-Fi was free and worked without problems, so I could contact people and look things up easily. Tojinmachi Station is within walking distance, and the dome area is close by, so it seems like a good choice for an event.
I was in the area for a live concert at PayPay Dome, and this place was close by. The room had the feel of a private lodging, and the cleaning was impeccable. I was really satisfied and would stay here again if I came back for another concert.
Getting the key and entering the room was straightforward, so check-in was no trouble. The room was clean and quiet, and I was very satisfied. A good fit for anyone who values privacy.
The directions were easy to follow even though the hotel is unmanned, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was convenient to stay without having to interact with anyone, which feels well suited to the current era.
