The projector room was a fun surprise, and the room itself was clean and roomy. The neighborhood was quiet and residential, which I really liked. I stayed in a Deluxe Theater Room on the second floor, reached by stairs. If you have preschool-aged kids, a first-floor room might be easier. There’s no washing machine or detergent, so I wasn’t sure if guests are meant to bring their own. The bath ran on automatic, but quite a lot of water leaked out, maybe because it hadn’t registered the water volume. I was nervous right up to arrival because I hadn’t realized the booking was non-refundable. I also couldn’t find any parking information. There’s room for just one car, so if someone else has it, you won’t be able to park.

It was really nice. Having a staff member who could speak Korean made it much more comfortable. free Wi-Fi and plenty of towels, bathtub, and a hair dryer too. I feel lucky to have found a place like this at this price.

I booked two months ahead because the reservation included free parking. Then, just a week before, they told me a system error had caused an overlap with another customer and I couldn’t use the spot. Why wait until the last week to tell me? They didn’t apologize either. They said they wouldn’t charge a cancellation fee since they couldn’t meet my request, which is the least they could do, right? (^_^;) lol They texted me, “Please contact us if you want to cancel,” instead of calling. Why was I supposed to make the call? The service was awful enough that I won’t stay there again. They offered a 1000 yen discount for the unavailable parking, but I saw another review where someone got 2000 yen off plus separate parking fees. That made it seem like people aren’t treated the same. I wish they’d handle this consistently, lol.
