The rooms are spotless, and the people at reception are really friendly. APA has come through for me again.

Staying at APA has become familiar for me, and it works out well each time, making my trip easy. This hotel is in a lovely spot right beside the train station. Thanks!

We were on the top floor, with a lovely view over the station and beyond. The hotel is well placed for the station and lots of places to eat. The room was nicely equipped, with all the amenities, but it was small. Large suitcases may be awkward to get to in there. There are English channels on the TV, and the Wi-Fi is private to your room. Check-in by machine was a bit cumbersome, as was the process for storing bags, though staff helped when needed. For the price, it suited us well for an overnight stay.

I booked a smoking room by mistake, but the staff were understanding and switched me over without any trouble. The room was cozy, and totally fine for what it cost. It's also a great spot, less than a five-minute walk from the station.

I was disappointed to find out only after booking that tattoos aren't allowed in the grand spa. That was the main reason I chose this hotel, since I wanted to enjoy a sento at the end of the day. They can cover tattoos with patches, but that doesn't work for me because I'm covered. Apart from that, the hotel was okay.
