Free breakfast is provided, and the cheapest room rate is 8,000 yen, including a water dispenser. It’s fantastic. I have no complaints.

The room was small and a bit old, but it was clean. The bed felt quite hard, and there weren’t many amenities. It would be nice if they had a cotton set for women.
I used it after 10 PM for a short break, so it felt a bit pricey. Next time I’d like to come earlier. The room wasn’t very spacious, but it was clean and well maintained. There’s a drink bar and shampoo available to borrow in the lobby, which I recommend using. The room also had a barista machine with two kinds of coffee. It’s a convenient place if you’re planning to relax.
I tried the most luxurious room, and it was indeed spacious. There’s a water dispenser, Sekkisei skincare products among the amenities, and you can borrow a facial device from the front desk for free. The food tasted homemade and was quite good. I thought the price was high, but overall, it wasn’t a bad hotel. It’s a relatively new love hotel, with an unmanned panel-based system, and you can enter and leave the room whenever you like.
It's conveniently located near Fukuyama Station. The building is old and you have to climb stairs to get to the third floor. The rooms are relatively spacious and comfortable, but I wouldn't recommend it for people who are sensitive to cigarette smells.
