For business or traveling alone, this is a great hotel. The rooms have enough space for one person, it's well located, and check-in was smooth. It was self check-in and went off without a hitch. Staff were easy to find whenever I needed help. The place is very clean, about 500 meters from the station and right in front of the castle. There are several restaurants nearby on both the station side and the residential side across from it. A large department store is also close, which covers your needs.

The location is super convenient, a short walk from Fukuyama Station, the bus terminal, and Fukuyama Castle. Fresta ines, the closest supermarket, is only about 550m away. The small room was as advertised, with no surprises, and it was handy having a microwave and mini-fridge. Our room, along with the others on our side of the corridor, faced the castle and railway tracks, but the neighboring hotel blocked part of the view. Some rooms must have no view at all. The staff were friendly, and with its location and budget-friendly price, I have plenty of reasons to recommend it.

It's close to the station, and the room is what you'd expect from a business hotel. The only issue was the top cover over the sheets wasn't clean, so I asked to have it changed.
