Clean and tidy, and very convenient! There’s free parking and everything needed for an overnight stay, including a washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, and a place to cook. This is my second stay here this month. Awesome!

It felt clean, warm, and like home, and we had a good time in Fukuyama. I’d recommend staying here to people visiting the city. I hope everything goes well for you. Thanks again for renting the place to us.

There was plenty of space, and everything was super clean and fresh. The location was great and the price reasonable. What more could you want? Highly recommended.

For a single person staying on a weekday, parking was free and the price was in the 6,000 yen range, which is handy with hotel costs going up. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, about a 10-minute walk from Fukuyama Station. Having a microwave and refrigerator made it easy to cook meals. I’d definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Fukuyama.

I came by car, so I was glad there was parking. Check-in went smoothly, the room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. The complimentary coffee and tea were great, and the price was reasonable. I’d like to stay here again. I also personally appreciated the 11:00 checkout time.
