The location is good, and there's a LAWSON on the first floor. It's an old hotel, with free WiFi, but no disposable slippers.

The free breakfast was great, and parking nearby comes with 500 yen cash back, which was a nice bonus. I was here for my first night on a business trip from outside the prefecture. Some reviews mentioned small rooms, but that's understandable in a typical Showa-era building. The rooms are old but have been renovated and cleaned as usual. Given how handy it is to be right in front of Tsu Station, I thought it was good value. If you don't mind the Showa-era retro feel, I think it's fine. The rest is up to you.

The room is about what you'd expect for the price, and the station is close by. I was here for work. The layout is a little unusual, since the hotel is said to be in the same building as the karaoke bar, but the room itself feels like a typical business hotel. The bed is low. They provide body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but nothing else, so bring facial cleanser or skincare products if you need them, especially if you're a woman. There's a pub next to reception where hotel guests don't pay a cover charge, and there's a special guest plan with a light drink set. In the morning, I could take a complimentary breakfast to my room: bread, two slices of yogurt, Yasai Seikatsu, and coffee. For the price, I thought it was a great deal.
