The location is perfect, about 30 meters from the slope, and they provide ski lockers. The hotel is old, though still clean, and it feels like it's going out of business. The food is fine but there aren't many choices. The onsen was out of service, which was a letdown. There was no hand soap in the room or charger near the bed. Really mid hotel.

The buffet dinner was excellent, and the Hokkaido melon was free-flow. I had a great stay here. Special thanks to the male staff member on duty on the morning of 13 August 2023. I didn't get his name, but he kindly drove us to Furano station when no taxis were available, so we could catch our train. His attitude was a great example of Japanese hospitality. I'll definitely stay here again if I visit Furano.

I haven't stayed there, but they're always so helpful, whether you're a guest or not. If I stay there in the future, I know they'll take care of what I need. That's unlike most of Furano.

The room was small, but it's a nice place.

The staff service was good, the breakfast was delicious, and it's close to the ski ropeway.
