The room was clean and roomy, the price was good for what you get, and the quiet setting plus windows that open made it easy to air out the bedroom. There's free parking too. The lobby may look unsettling at first, but it isn't a horror movie or an abandoned building. Just don't expect much service; it's basically somewhere to rest, and the first impression can be a surprise.

For about 6,000 yen on a weekend, I thought the roomy twin was decent value. Parking was available, and the low price and convenient location near where I needed to go were why I picked it. Still, the room felt worn: the curtain lining was torn, the walls were gouged, and a picture near the door was hanging in such a strange spot that it creeped me out the whole time. Nothing actually happened, though. It was a zero-sum kind of hotel.

The front desk man was relaxed and kind, and the twin room had loads of space compared with a business hotel. I was traveling alone and had braced myself after reading the reviews, but the price was reasonable and the place was perfectly adequate.

We couldn't get checked in and had to book another hotel in a hurry. It was 10 PM, the parking lot was totally empty, and the lobby's automatic entrance door wouldn't open, even though there was a green light inside. There was also a cross reflected outside. Honestly, all I can say is: get out!
