The rate is cheap and the location works well for going bar to bar, but the front desk interaction left me uncomfortable. I politely asked for an explanation because I didn't know something, and the staff seemed rude while answering. After I thanked them and hung up, they called back just to ask, "Are you okay?" The wording and customer service felt unpleasant. I'd like them to improve enough that guests don't feel uncomfortable, though perhaps the price explains it. As other reviewers have said, it's inconvenient if you don't bring an extension cord. I stayed on November 11, 2025.

As a fishing boat crew member, I stayed here the night before departure. Being close to restaurants for the evening was a big plus, and the TV was better than average. There may not be enough charging options for phones and laptops. Otherwise it's pretty good, though the price felt a little high.

For the location, the rates are quite reasonable, which makes the minor drawbacks easier to accept. It's right in the downtown area, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, yet it didn't seem noisy at night. The front desk is on the second floor, and it's convenient to use the elevator to come and go without passing through it. The affiliated parking lot is about a three-minute walk away. The facilities, including the guest room bathrooms and toilets, feel a bit old. The room also seemed somewhat small, maybe because the bed takes up so much space.

The old-style shower and faucets have separate controls for hot and cold water, so they're inconvenient to use. The hotel is in a convenient spot right in the city center.
