We couldn't reach them at all. None of our messages got a reply, and the email they sent had no password, so we couldn't check in. If other guests hadn't been staying at our other house, we would've had to sleep in the car. They said they'd also waited an hour the day before. When we called customer service, the woman spoke only Japanese and hung up as soon as she heard English. If you think that's acceptable, go ahead and check in.

There are three parking spaces, plus more parking nearby if they fill up. When we visited, ours was the only car there. The property was easy to find, and my family and I had a really nice time. The private hot spring was a favorite, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I brought groceries because I couldn't find any nearby grocery stores. I wish we could have stayed longer. We'll definitely return and recommend it to others!

The clean, spacious surroundings were what I liked most, and the hot spring was fabulous. All the facilities seemed newly equipped, and the whole environment felt relaxing. I had a wonderful New Year holiday here.

The hot spring was available 24 hours and left me feeling very relaxed. I especially liked its sulfur smell. The place is clean and spacious, and works well for a family or group. A really nice place to visit, and I'd highly recommend it.

The room had a nice renovation and great amenities. The onsen baths were awesome, and you can walk to Lake Ashinoko from this excellent location.
