The hotel is new and sits opposite Susono Station, with bus service to Gotemba Premium Outlet. Our room was fairly spacious and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The staff speak a little English. The washing machines and dryer worked efficiently, and parking is free. Breakfast is standard Japanese fare, nothing fantastic, but not bad either.
For the price, it's excellent value. A clean, quiet, pleasant little business hotel, and definitely better than Route Inn or similar BH places in the area.

It felt a little overpriced.
I stay here often. The rooms are standard business hotel rooms, but they're well cleaned. The location near Susono Station makes it easy to get to from Numazu or Mishima, though the JR Gotemba Line and buses to Mishima Station don't run often. If you get lucky with a west-facing room, the Mt. Fuji view from the window is great, and that view alone is satisfying. East-side rooms can still see Mt. Fuji from the viewpoint by the emergency stairs at the north end of the hallway.
