The host was quick to respond and helpful with all our questions and requests, and we even got a free ride from Hakuba Station. The place was spotless, modern, spacious, and packed with rooms, amenities, and well-equipped appliances. Our stay at Alpinarc made our time in Japan even more memorable. Thanks as well to the staff member who met us when we arrived. Easily five stars, and very highly recommended. 👍🙏🏼👏

Our family of five, including three kids, loved it. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. The kids had four bunk beds on the ground floor, while upstairs there was a hall with full windows. The fully equipped kitchen covered what we needed, and the heated floor was great in winter. The toy sleigh they provided made the kids smile. Eateries and convenience stores are less than a five-minute drive away. Thank you!
The staff made the trip, helping with car hire, ski gear, and personalised transfers, and their tips on slopes, restaurants, and activities were spot-on. We stayed in two of the stunning Alpinarc Chalet properties, both well placed and equipped with everything we needed. It was an incredible trip, easily the best ever, and we'll definitely return to Hakuba White Fox Co. on future visits. I'd wholeheartedly recommend them to families and groups looking for a memorable stay in Hakuba.
Leo, the manager, was always friendly, helpful, and knew Hakuba well. Lots to do nearby, with paddy fields, a strawberry farm, and the main Echoland street all within a five-minute walk. We stayed in the smaller two-bedroom part of the chalet for a few months, from April-July 2020, and found it clean, comfortable, and really well designed. In spring, we were pleasantly surprised by sakura trees in front of and behind the home. The kitchen was spacious, modern, and well equipped, with a huge dishwasher and plenty of appliances. It was great for trying recipes during lockdown, and later we could walk to a few good restaurants once they reopened. The bed was super comfy. The home has heated floors throughout for winter, though it was a bit cold in April. The second level has air conditioning for summer, and downstairs stayed cool enough in June-July. We'd definitely like to stay again.
Our own private onsen became part of the daily routine, and the chalet was close to Echoland's restaurants and bars. We spent a week in the four-bedroom chalet at Alpinarc and had a wonderful time. Alex and the Hakuba White Fox team were welcoming and helpful. It was modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with all mod cons: wifi, a large streaming TV, an AEG dishwasher and oven, and heated floors. Highly recommended!
