Lyo and Chika were fantastic, friendly and helpful with everything from picking us up on arrival to booking restaurants and even taking one of us to the physio. There were six of us, four adults and two teenagers, staying at Black Crane for a week. The location and facilities were excellent. Echoland Strip, with its cafes and restaurants, was a two-minute walk away, and the bus stop was just around the corner.

We had an amazing stay. It was cosy, spacious, and clean, with great service and a really convenient location. Good for families or groups, and beautiful in summer too!

It’s spacious, modern, and well equipped, so staying here was easy and comfortable. The management was great and the staff were nice. It’s lovely in winter and really relaxing in summer. Probably one of the best in Hakuba!

New, clean, and modern, and a fantastic place to stay. Just note there’s one ensuite bathroom and one shared bathroom for the other two rooms.

We all liked the location and the lovely building. Every corner was thoroughly cleaned, and all the essentials were provided. We stayed as a group and were very satisfied. Next time, I’d like to book for several nights.
