The owner was really helpful, and the place was clean and very cosy. It’s close to everything you need, with good facilities like a kitchen and washing machine. There wasn’t anywhere to hang clothes to dry, though, and the WiFi could be better.

Really good hospitality, and the location is a reasonable walk from Echoland’s main street.

The kids loved being able to use the kitchen and cook their own meals. We skipped the bath, which was apparently open around the clock, and went to an outdoor hot spring instead. Breakfast was helpful too: bread, a boiled egg, and instant soup mix were provided. It was generally clean, and for a backpacker hostel it was very comfortable.
