The sign should be closer to the intersection, or there should be better signage for taxis, deliveries like pizza, and other transport. We were dropped off about 100 metres away at 3am with all our luggage, which wasn’t pleasant.

It was a fantastic stay, warm and clean, and everything seemed well managed. We weren’t allowed to use the BBQ or fireplace, which was a bummer, but apart from that it was truly amazing.

Jake was easy to deal with and went out of his way to help us during our stay. The property and location were amazing, and the management was fantastic too. We couldn’t have asked for a better Hakuba experience, and would happily stay here again. Make the effort to check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a great stay as a family of five. The hosts were really helpful, and the location was great. I’d highly recommend it.
