The apartment was spacious and a good fit for our group, with three bedrooms, heated floors, a full kitchen, separate laundry, parking, and large, well-kept bathrooms. We did notice a few small cleaning issues, including cobwebs in one room. The setup felt more like an Airbnb, with limited housekeeping. Management replied promptly on WhatsApp, but extra cleaning cost more. The best part is how close it is to Happo One. The gondola is a one-minute walk away, and the town center, with shops, restaurants, and nightlife, is about eight minutes on foot. Despite the minor drawbacks, the location, space, and reasonable price make it a solid option for ski groups. They could improve the cleaning and explain the service level more clearly upfront.

Koichiro, the site manager, made everything easy and welcoming. He picked us up and dropped us off at the train station for free, and arranged afternoon shopping trips whenever we needed them. Such a nice guy. The apartments were roomy and right at the foot of the slopes, just a very short walk from the main gondola and a couple of smaller lifts. Having restaurants and an onsen nearby was especially welcome after skiing.

The staff were lovely and helpful, and they even offer pick-ups and drop-offs plus complimentary shopping trips during your stay. The apartments are self-contained, with a gas fireplace, kitchenette, heated floors, and separate laundry. There’s an intermediate slope right at the doorstep, and bars, restaurants, shops, and an onsen are all close by in the heart of Hakuba. They’re a little pricey, but I enjoyed every penny and would stay again. These are Aussie-owned deluxe apartments.

Really good service and close to bus services, though the terminal is a 20-minute walk away. They’ll drive you over to use their onsen, too. Would work well for a family stay.

I stayed here in Jan 2020. The location was great, right by the Happo Gondola and restaurants, and there was excellent coffee just across the road.
