My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The lodge is ideally placed, just steps from one shuttle stop and a short walk from the other shuttles and the main restaurant and bar area. The owners and staff were welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. We’d gladly stay here again on another visit to Hakuba.

The hosts were lovely, and the hotpot dinner was great. They knew the slopes well and even pointed us toward their preferred options for beginners. The bus stop nearby made it easy to get to the ski resorts. I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone coming to Hakuba for skiing. I’ll be back! :))

Andy and Sanae made us feel at home in Hakuba. Their warm welcome and travel tips about the area also gave us some lovely honeymoon memories. Don’t miss Sanae's hot pot, it’s really delicious. The place is very convenient, with a bus stop for the ski resort less than a minute away on foot. I highly recommend it for a Hakuba ski trip! By Beryl and James from Taiwan ^^

We had a great time chatting with our friendly, helpful hosts, who really knew the ski slopes. It’s about a five-minute walk from the lodge to the bus stop for the slopes. Sanae made us a hotpot that was simple but so delicious. We’d love to stay again.

Andy and Sanoe made this feel like a real homestay, with plenty of useful advice for skiing and getting around Hakuba. They even picked us up and dropped us off at the station, and took guests to good ski rental shops. The room was comfortable and clean, and restaurants, pubs and cafes were close by. A great place to stay.
