Bob the owner was very hospitable and took time to answer all our questions and concerns. We arrived a few hours before check-in and could leave our luggage in the downstairs rec. room while we went for a walk. One detail I hadn’t picked up from the other reviews was that Bob drives guests to and from the different resorts. No need to take a bus or rent a car, which was a relief after seeing the lines waiting for buses. The condo is fully furnished like a home and has a full kitchen for cooking. There’s also a bar downstairs that I’d recommend checking out. Bob and his daughter run it after they finish picking up guests from the ski resorts. My wife and I were very happy staying here, and we’re planning to come back in two years.

The place was clean, cosy, and had everything we needed, with a really convenient location. Bob was the part that made the stay especially easy: he was friendly, quick to respond, gave clear instructions and useful local tips, and made sure we were comfortable. We had a great time at Hakuba Skis Condo and would gladly stay again on another Hakuba trip.

Bob was kind and quick to help whenever we needed something, and we had a great time here. The whole apartment was ours to use, with all the essentials and a very well-equipped kitchen for cooking. We also enjoyed the view and could spend time in the building's recreation room on the ground floor. Thanks so much for the hospitality, we'd like to come back.

The JR station is only about a 6-7 minute walk away, which is handy. The apartment is all yours, with a nice mountain view, and the owners are lovely. They may offer you a lift to places around Hakuba, or you can take one of their electric bikes around town. There's also a shared rooftop and pantry area for relaxing. I'd book here again if I visit Hakuba.

We got caught in rain and fog while visiting Hakuba and ended up heading back to our accommodation. Mr. Bob, the owner of Hakuba Ski Condo, helped carry our bags up to the third-floor room and greeted us with a cake made by his Japanese wife. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed. We stayed two nights, and Hakuba train station is just a 300-meter walk away.
