We really appreciated how responsive the service was. Manager Iori-san even helped us call the ski resort after one of us lost a phone on the slopes. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. During peak season, getting restaurant reservations can be difficult, so it was reassuring to have the option to cook. There wasn't a separate drying room for ski and snowboard gear, but the heated floors worked well for warming gloves, socks, and the inside of our boots. We'd definitely consider HOPETREE again on a future trip to Hakuba.

The staff were so kind and took great care of us. The place was clean, nicely decorated, and had great facilities. Goryu ski resort was easy to reach on foot. We'd definitely come back!

A really lovely villa for a group, clean, comfortable, and full of fresh air. The location was very convenient, and whenever we needed anything, the kind staff were ready to help right away. I appreciated that a lot and will book here again when I return.

There’s a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a deep bathtub, so the two-level condo had everything I needed. It was clean and new, with two restrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, plus a bedroom with two beds and a tatami room. The front desk staff member was great at anticipating what I needed. He even held doors for me when my hands were full with the free coffee from the lobby area. I expected less from the accommodation, so it was a really nice surprise. A great place to stay around here, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Good new resort for families. Hakuba Goryu is an easy walk away, or about a two-minute drive.
