Prominence

We had a truly wonderful time and would definitely return. Jason and Fumiko were always available when we needed them, and early check-in or a late checkout was no problem. The van was on hand to take us to the snow or shopping, with flexibility when our times or destinations changed. Everything else was perfect.

Everything was clean and tidy, and we had a lovely stay in this beautiful house.

We stayed as a family and really enjoyed the place. The kitchen is spacious, with a sofa and dining table where everyone could gather, or have a bit of space to themselves. Everything feels new and modern. It's a quiet area, though there are a few restaurants nearby.

Mornings felt surprisingly stylish with the espresso machine and tea leaves provided. They had salt and black pepper, though no oil, and there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste. Bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were supplied, which was useful. The building had that fresh, clean new-build smell as soon as I came in, and I had a very pleasant stay. For a big group, having four toilets and three showers, including one with a bathtub, meant nobody had to wait. The microwave and dishwasher were very new models, so I felt a little unsure about using them and had to figure them out first. The second floor has glass walls, so I kept the curtains closed the whole time.
