The online service was really good. I used their WhatsApp service to ask for a humidifier, and they acted on it right away. Breakfast was good, and I noticed lots of European guests. When we arrived, my husband was frustrated because reception couldn’t clearly explain where to park. It seemed like we were the only guests with a car. We hadn’t expected to climb four flights of stairs to the third floor. We usually manage, but my husband’s injured ankle made it harder. The bathroom was beautifully made, but showering without a curtain left it very wet for the three of us. Cellphone reception in the room was poor, and a friend calling my husband could barely be heard. There weren’t many power outlets, so we could only charge one device at a time.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were quite spacious, with a big bathtub to soak in, and the breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel is well located and offers a free shuttle to its partner hotels. The staff were excellent and helped carry our bags up to the third floor.

The room was cozy, and the place had a laid-back, fairly quiet feel. Service was attentive, and we had a great stay overall. Getting our luggage up to the third floor was a bit of a mission, though. I’d double-check directions: we were told to wait at a particular bus stop for a ski field, then realized it was the wrong stop.

A really good place to stay in Hakuba. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and happy to help when you need it. Staying here made it easy to get to different runs and get around in the snow. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was delicious, and the happy hour by the fire was lovely and cozy. The staff were kind and helpful, and it’s great accommodation. Highly recommend.
