The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel, and the staff were amazing. Oh my God, what a stay. Just wow. Thank you so much!

The family running this place made the stay. Their service was better than any five-star hotel or resort I've been to. They helped fix my wife's boots by the next morning, and when we had trouble with our gear, they offered us a ride to dinner, then went to a hardware store for glue and even paid for it up front. They also drove us to restaurants, the resort, and town, and picked us up outside their operating hours. We came for a short snow trip, and the modern, spotless cabin was so comfortable we sometimes just wanted to stay in bed and enjoy the view through the big window. Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back.

Our experience was awful, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel or return. We booked two full-size rooms months ahead for two people in each, then arrived and were presented with a $1,600 bill. We were told the hotel had changed its policy and now allowed only one occupant per room. Being hit with that charge two months after booking was ridiculous and disgusting. We were also told we couldn't use any facilities until the issue was sorted out. That included the showers, so we couldn't wash or warm up after checking in that night, or the next morning because it still hadn't been resolved. After a day of snowboarding, going without a shower was bloody horrible.

A cozy, quiet spot inside a big log house, with kind staff who were very accommodating. The menu is fairly small, mostly pizza and drinks, but the bar is very good. They can take large groups too.
