Snowlines Apartments Hakuba

We had a fantastic kitchen, three bedrooms and bathrooms that worked well for a larger group, and all the gear we needed. The apartment felt luxurious, with heated floors, a drying room, boot dryers, and separate outside entrances to the apartments and drying room. From the top floor, we could see the snow. It’s an easy walk to Happo base camp, even in ski boots, and the location works well without a car. Steven showed us the basics, then left us to settle in, but was easy to reach for transport if we needed it. This was my third time in Hakuba, and I’d happily stay here again. Really good value.

We were four for the week, though the apartment could easily have held twice as many. It’s modern and up to date, and we found everything we needed to cook. When we wanted an easier evening, the main street with its many bars and restaurants was just around the corner. I’ll look at staying here again next time I’m in Hakuba.

Steven was glad to answer our questions, and his staff kept the apartment clean even with seven of us staying there. These newly built apartments from the owners of Snowlines Lodge are beautifully designed and have every possible mod-com. I’d happily stay again and highly recommend them.

The owner’s attention to detail really stood out. The facilities are clean, every bedroom has a shower room, and there are plenty of amenities, including dishes, so it works for both short and long stays. I visit Hakuba every year, and this is truly the best place to stay. I’d definitely come back next time.
