The place looks stunning, especially the amazing floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the snow. The team were easy to reach, happy to give us rides to other areas, and even booked nearby restaurants for us. They were so accommodating, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay.

I didn’t actually go here. Google is really annoying.

I’d definitely stay here again if I get the chance to visit Hakuba. The chalet was new, clean, and spacious for our group of friends, with plenty of amenities. We had shampoo, body soap, bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes, but no sleepwear. The kitchen had utensils, dishes, glasses, a fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, and more, though no hot plates or condiments. The living room had air conditioning. The bedrooms only had fans, but the nights were cool, so that was fine for me. The parking area could fit about three cars.
