The owner was helpful. Without me asking, he brought a heater for my room, which was especially useful for warming up the shower area when I got out. He also let me hang clothes to dry in the downstairs hallway. The next day he complained that I'd hung them in the room, though I thought everyone but me had checked out. I was in a three-person dorm, and it was far too small for three. Maybe two people could manage, but with three there was basically no room, and I could barely squeeze between the beds. People were noisy in the morning, some snored, and one person smelled of cigarettes in the cramped space. That wasn't good. There was one toilet downstairs, plus a microwave and toaster oven. Towels were supplied daily, and laundry was free.

We had a very pleasant four-night ski trip, especially for the surprisingly good price. Our room stayed warm, so our jackets dried quickly, and there was a place near the entrance to store skis and boots. The room had enough space for four adults and its own bathroom. The location was excellent, with lots of restaurants and shuttle stops nearby for getting to different ski areas. Since we don't speak Japanese, the owner kindly helped us book taxis.

There was space for four in the room, with two single beds and two tatami mats, plus a private bathroom. We also had a mini fridge and kettle. Restaurants were an easy walk away, and bus stops were nearby. There was storage for our gear, and laundry was available for a donation.

We had a really nice stay in February. The room was warm, clean, and very large, and there was plenty of parking. The location was good too. Recommended!
