I loved the onsen, beach, location, and quiet Hayama, but the staff stood out most. A big thank you to the kind, helpful gentleman at the front desk when I checked in. The food I ordered on the following days was very good too. On my departure day I was rushing to catch the airport bus and asked the desk for a plastic spoon to eat yogurt before flying, to help boost my probiotics. They searched but couldn't find one, so I thanked them and headed to the bus stop across the street. Just before I boarded, a staff member ran outside and handed me wooden spoons. I felt embarrassed and happy at the same time. Thank you so much. I left my heart there.

I stayed in the women's bunk room, which was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and I slept really well. The best part for me was the large onsen on the sixth floor, with an ocean view that's especially nice at sunset. The food was good, and the staff were friendly. It's easy to get here by bus from Zushi station, and there are four parking spaces, costing 2,500 yen per night with a reservation. I'm very satisfied with the room and cleanliness, and I'll definitely come back.

The service was good, and the traditional Japanese furo, like a swimming pool, was a nice feature. The capsule-style rooms are common in Japan, but I found them very comfortable. A very good hotel.

This was my second stay, and it's still one of my favorite places to stay in Japan. The hotel is right beside a bus stop, everything is clean and cozy, and it looks lovely. The staff are exceptionally kind. Breakfast was very good, and the laundry machines worked perfectly. I took a bicycle out every day and rode along the sea around Zushi. You can also see magnificent Mt. Fuji from the onsen!
