Tokyonest Nippori

I needed some help, and Beny went out of their way for me. I've stayed in five-star hotels and haven't had that level of help there. The staff were friendly, the room very clean, and there's a useful laundry. Getting to Nippori from Narita was easy. It's Tokyo, so don't expect a sofa and coffee table in the room, but it's a convenient base for travelling.

The neighborhood was peaceful at night, with little noise from the street or nearby rooms, while still feeling lively. There are lots of restaurants around, including Vietnamese, Chinese, Italian, and Japanese places, plus a supermarket and convenience stores near Nippori Station's North Exit. That's the more convenient way to get here, though the hotel is within a five-minute walk from either exit; the route from the South Exit is less direct and involves crossing the street. The room was simple, bright, and clean. Four people sharing the kitchenette and dining area at once could feel crowded, so we found it better to spread out, with some in their rooms and others in the kitchenette. We didn't cook, so I can't speak to the kitchen facilities. The elevator is quite small, about four adults and two suitcases at most before it feels cramped. The front desk staff were friendly and clearly explained things at check-in. After 9:00 PM the desk closes, and amenities, coffee, and luggage storage are no longer available, though you can still come and go with your key card. There's a self-service laundry room and vending machines on the first floor.

The rooms were tidy and clean, and coin laundry machines are available. It's only a few minutes from Nippori station. Staff were friendly and really helpful, even with late check-ins, and the service was impeccable.

It's easy to reach the airport on the Skyliner from the nearby station, and the staff were kind and extremely helpful. For this price, this was the most spacious room I've stayed in. My only small gripe was having to go down to the first floor for tea or coffee since there wasn't a kettle in the room. I had a great experience.
