5/1/2025. Atagawa Prince Hotel served the best Omakase meal, and the service was excellent. The waitresses were polite and friendly. The hotel’s Japanese hot spring, ONSEN, comes from the source, hot spring source, 500 meters underground. It’s called Matsuba 96°C Atagawa 15 in Izu-Atagawa (Izu-Atagawa), and the water is clear and colorless, slightly salty, and odorless. The facility recycles the water and uses a disinfectant. We thought the hot spring was very good and would return when we’re in the area again. The pool is closed until July, 2025, and is scheduled to close again in December 2025. Though rated as a 3-star hotel, I found it much better than the 4-star Kamenoi Hotel Atami Annex.
