A clean, spacious Japanese-style room made for a good stay, though the soundproofing could be better. The service was excellent, and Yokosuka SAN was very hospitable, thank you! It's a very good place to stay when visiting Sugatahara Kogen Ski Resort, especially if you're driving, since there's parking on site.

This was for a training camp. The place was generally clean, but the room was so cramped we could barely lay out a futon after shifting the table. There were cups, but no fresh bath towels for our multi-night stay. Shampoo was provided, though bathing was only allowed until 10 p.m. The little TV didn't work, probably because the reception was bad. I was looking forward to the beef steak, but its sauce was too salty. Breakfast was disappointing too, with no croissant refills and an extra charge for apple juice. It was convenient not having to move around with rental gear, but the play was interrupted by poor size adjustments and breakage, which ended up wasting a lot of time.

I had a great time, and the slopes were nearby and the food was delicious. The futon was a bit short for me at 180 cm tall. There was also a strong kerosene smell from the stove heating the room. I told the host, who tried to help, but it couldn't be fixed, and he said he'd have the manufacturer check it. Even so, I'd stay here again when I visit Sugadaira Kogen Ski Resort.

The meals were elaborate, and we were very satisfied. We rented ski equipment and used a lift ticket to go skiing. The staff also gave us information about buses to and from the resort and which slopes we could use, and they were considerate throughout our stay.

I had a really comfortable stay in a clean room, and the food was delicious too. The New Year holidays gave me some fun memories. Thank you very much.
