Ele Hotel Kuzuha

The rooms were adorable, and I was especially happy not to have carpet, which is rare for hotels I've stayed in. It's set up for business travelers, with everything you might need, and the location worked well for my work. Breakfast is free, and there's a hip coffee shop in the lobby open until 18:00 as of May 2025. I loved staying here, definitely recommend it, and will probably be back plenty more times.

The room would feel small by American hotel standards, though it's a good size for Japan. The hotel is super clean, and everyone was pleasant. During cleaning my shampoo bottle apparently fell and the cap broke. They transferred it to a new bottle and left a very nice note explaining what happened and apologizing several times. It was an accident, and they handled it really well. Great hotel and staff.

The staff's attitude was terrible, and the free breakfast had practically no variety. For what you get, it's completely overpriced. My team and I work in this area often, and we definitely won't return.

The room was very big for a business hotel in Japan, and overall it's a good hotel. It would help if breakfast started earlier so we had more time before leaving.
