The staff were all so friendly, and there was a warmth here I haven't felt at other hotels. The facilities looked new, stylish and clean, and the amenities were good quality. My room was smaller than in a typical business hotel, but it gave me more privacy than a capsule hotel, so I felt comfortable. I visit Hiroshima every two or three months and plan to make this my regular place to stay.

It's clean and there are plenty of amenities, but the room is so small that even packing was a struggle. It was also really hard to find. The scrub and toilet paper are nice, but honestly, those aren't the things I care about much at a capsule hotel. For the price, I wouldn't necessarily pick it again. They should rethink what their target guests actually need.
