The room was roomy and the location incredibly convenient, but cleanliness and service were only okay. At peak check-in time there was just one person at the desk, and they were dealing with another guest's issue, so the wait was very long. During our stay, the rubbish bins weren't emptied; we had to go downstairs for extra bags and reline them ourselves. The bathtub needed wiping, and the whole bathroom had a noticeable musty smell. It's a decent option for the location and room size, though the staffing and housekeeping need work.

Check-in and check-out were fully digital and DIY, which made things fuss-free. The place was generally clean and convenient, the lobby always smelled nice, and the mattresses were comfortable. The bathrooms are small, though that's not unusual. The washer/dryer was no good at drying clothes; it took exactly 8 hours, so I ended up using the laundromat next door, where one load took an hour.

We knew in advance that our room had no view, and it didn't affect our high rating. The location was great, the front desk service professional and attentive, and the room was well equipped with everything we needed. Our group of three had lots of space, and the beds were especially comfortable. We'd gladly stay again and highly recommend it. 🙏🏽

The location is convenient, about a 20-minute walk from Hiroshima main station and roughly the same to Peace Memorial Park. Rooms were super clean, the staff helpful, and the price great. We accidentally left something behind, and the hotel managed to ship it to our next hotel before the end of the day. They really went above and beyond. Thank you! I'd recommend staying here and would come back.
