Bring earplugs. The hotel is beside two major roads, and the single-pane windows let in enough traffic noise that I had trouble hearing the TV. The building looked a bit worn, but my room was clean and a good size for Japan, probably enough for two people and one suitcase. Staff were friendly, though their English was very limited.

The front desk staff were kind and accommodating. It’s right next to Hiroshima station, and they have complimentary toothbrushes, razors, and hairbrushes in the lobby.

A good, inexpensive place with the basics you need to rest and recharge after a long day. The TV isn’t big, but if all you want is a good night’s sleep, this works well.

I’d stay here again. It was clean and very comfortable, close to Hiroshima station and buses going to the tourist spots.
