Customer service was excellent, and the hotel is handy for public transport. The city center is walkable, as are the museum and other landmarks. It's a very clean place that works well for a short visit to Hiroshima. The rooms were spotless but somewhat small. There was no space between the two beds, which was awkward for my family of four with two children under 13. Families with older teens may find it tight too.

A great location for getting around, just minutes on foot from Hondori and Peace garden. Good choice for solo travelers or couples if the rate stays under US$40/night.

The location was good, but the place smelled of cigarettes everywhere. They tried to fit our family of four into two king singles, which was only fine for one preson.

The lobby attendant was very polite, and having a microwave in the room was a big plus. The hotel and rooms were nice, and it's very close to Hiroshima Peace Park. My sister and I shared the double bed, though, and it was really wobbly. That may not bother everyone, but it bothered me.

We booked a room for two people but were given a one-person room with a single bed. They said there was no solution because everything was full, except for tomorrow, but we'd have to pay extra for another room. They didn't try to work with us. After a long discussion, we got 70% of the second night refunded and left for another city. A shame. DON'T BOOK HERE. In the end, we had booked a two-person bed dorm with two single beds and a non-smoking room, but were put in a smoking room. Disgusting! We'd left a note on the booking, and they said, "Sorry havent seen it". I'll take action back home to get all the money refunded!
