Nest Hotel Hiroshima Hatchobori

The interior design gave the room a relaxing feel, and the beds were comfortable. My mom and I enjoyed our stay, and the room was clean. It’s within walking distance of a streetcar station and a bus stop, so getting around was easy. The free bread and coffee at breakfast were a nice bonus!

For the price, this was a 5/5 stay, with a fantastic location near plenty of good places to eat and most of Hiroshima’s main attractions within walking distance. The hotel is a solid choice if you like modern, minimal hotels and don’t care much about the view or service. The room was modern and reasonably clean, with thoughtful small touches like a little ventilator and windows that open. I liked the soaps and appreciated the breakfast. Service is minimal, but the room is cleaned well, and the price and location make it a worthwhile place to stay. It may not be the best hotel, but I had a 5/5 experience for the price.

The tram stop is right outside, and the location is hard to fault: it’s handy for the castle, Peace Park, and main station. The rooms were modern and clean, though small compared with other hotels we stayed at in Japan. Two people with two suitcases would find it a bit tight to move around, but we were only there for two nights, so it wasn’t a big deal. We appreciated the little table and bench seating for eating our complimentary breakfast.

Being right across from a busy shopping district was a big plus, and I was happy with my stay. The room was a reasonable size, definitely not as cramped as the one I had around Kamata in Tokyo. Breakfast was free pastries, and they tasted good. An ice machine would have made the place even better.
