OUCHI HOTEL SUITE Temma

I was really impressed by how spacious and clean the place was for four people. It had four beds, two sofa beds, a dining room, kitchenette, washing machine, and a full bathroom. The Peace Memorial Park is about a 15-20 minute walk away, and Hiroshima Station is around 20 minutes on foot. The 7-11 around the corner became our regular stop for food and drinks. I highly recommend it.

The interior is very nice, and the location is pleasant, close to the tram and Peace Park. The beds are comfortable, but the room is almost bright as day at night because of the large “exit” sign and windows without shutters. There’s no soundproofing either, so every passing car is clearly audible. I wouldn’t recommend it for families or anyone hoping for a relaxing stay.

The suite was spotless and had plenty of useful conveniences, and getting around was easy: the city center is walkable, a supermarket is on the corner, and the tram is about 300 meters away. The noise was the big drawback. Even though the road is roughly 50 meters off, cars sounded like they were passing right through the room. Blackout curtains would help too.

The kids loved it here. The room was roomy and really clean, and we were comfortable enough to wish we could've stayed for several nights. We'd be happy to come back.
