We were given a corner suite on a higher floor, and it was wonderfully quiet after long days of sightseeing. The hotel felt new, clean, and well kept. Staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive, and made us feel looked after throughout our stay. There's a large shopping mall next door with a supermarket, ABC Mart, and Nitori, which was handy for anything we needed. I stayed at Vessel Inn Hiroshima Peace Boulevard on my April trip to Hiroshima and had a great experience from beginning to end. It's one of my nicest hotel stays in Japan, and I'd happily return. Thanks to all the staff for the hospitality.

The beds are really big and comfortable, and the breakfast was fine. The reception girls made me so happy: they complimented my tattoos and bag charms, and we laughed about how cute Mickey Mouse is. This hotel works well for a short stay. The shower was in its own room but had no divider, so the whole area got wet. I'm not used to that, but it wasn't a problem, just leave your toiletry bag by the separate sink. I recommend it! :)

The room was much darker and smaller than we expected, and the stay felt uncomfortable for the price. We paid ¥60,000 for two nights with our family, including an extra charge for two children as if we had booked another room, yet all four of us were put in one small room with a single 160cm bed. There was no extra bed, the sofa was too small to sleep on, and when we asked for a blanket so one person could sleep on the floor, staff said none were available. That was surprising for a hotel in Japan. The staff were polite, but there was no flexibility or basic help for a family, and the value was poor. I wouldn't recommend booking here for four people. The hotel should be clearer about capacity and extra charges.

I spent about two days here on a business trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff's smiles and service made them seem very well trained. The front desk was good, and when they missed one of the two cleanings I requested at check-in, they dealt with it quickly and cleaned the room the next day. Breakfast had plenty of choices, though many felt more like izakaya dishes and a bit heavy for the morning. The internet was fast, with 320Mbps download. The location is near downtown and Fujigran is a short walk away. There are izakayas, okonomiyaki shops, and pork bowl places within a minute on foot. Towels and replacement towels are self-service from the front desk area. All rooms are non-smoking, but I recall smoking areas on the 3rd and 13th floors, and the cigarette smell was strong when the elevator stopped there. Parking was the biggest hassle. The hotel's lot costs ¥1,500 a night, needs a reservation, and couldn't fit my car because it was too tall. There are coin lots nearby, but most were expensive, with overnight rates ranging from ¥700 to ¥1,800. After 7 PM most were full, and some days I couldn't find a space without parking quite far away. Without the parking trouble, I'd definitely stay here again.

A very good place to stay. The staff are really nice and helpful.
