HOTEL ZEN - Adults Only

I booked the girls' night out plan and called the front desk three times about going out. Each time I got a different explanation, which left me confused. The daytime staff were very polite, but the middle-aged, chubby woman on the night shift was extremely rude and made me uncomfortable. I couldn't hear part of what she said on the phone. When I tried to take my card and leave as I had last time, she raised her voice and said, "I told you to leave your card behind, didn't I?!" The daytime staff member was polite, but that woman's attitude was unpleasant. Staff quality can vary a lot, so you may have a bad experience.

The parking lot is spacious and easy to use, and the front desk service is excellent. The interior is luxurious and really beautiful. I've stayed here 8 or 9 times, though my last visit was about three years ago. It's a bit expensive for this area, but worth it. If I'm back in the area, I plan to stay again.

The hotel is stylish, which is why I chose it, and the price is on the high side as others have said. But when I walked into the room, a strong garlic smell hit me. I complained, and they just said it must have come from the previous guest. The cleaning staff must have noticed it! There was hair in the bed, beside it, and in the bathroom. This happened on my previous stay too. For the price, the cleaning is extremely poor, which is very disappointing.

The room was very clean, maybe because the hotel is new, and it has a Japanese modern feel. The amenities were excellent, and there was a self-service welcome drink behind the front desk. There was a wide food selection too. I didn't try anything, but lots of it looked delicious. I'd be happier if the price were a little lower.
