The service really stood out, even though this is an unmanned hotel and I never met staff in person. When I asked about nighttime noise from the upstairs apartment, they responded right away. On the second day of our 2-night, 3-day stay, fresh towels, water, and bath salts arrived, along with a speaker playing soothing music to help me sleep. The bath salts were different on the two days, which I liked, and that thoughtful touch meant a lot. I slept soundly to the birds that night. My third-floor room was spacious, clean, and just as stylish as the official website photos. I felt at home. The bathtub was a nice bonus, and there was a refrigerator to keep the sweets I bought cold. The air conditioning worked well. Fresh towels and the other items came daily. Cleaning seems to happen every three days, which I think is enough. There are three parking spaces near Kofu Station. They seem to be first come, first served, but I got to use one every day.

We had a wonderful stay in a room that really showed the travel-loving owner's taste. It was on the first floor, and I loved the cute decor, accessories, and mirrors so much I wanted to copy them. The facilities were clean and lovely, and despite worrying about an unmanned check-in, finding the place was easy. It was the middle of a long weekend, and though it's a little far from the station, I didn't get lost. I only used the shower, which was spacious and had great water pressure. A handwritten message made the room feel relaxing, too. Coffee was included in my plan, and I didn't have much time to drink it, so that wasn't an issue. I couldn't find any filters, though, so I took them home to enjoy later. Thank you very much.

From the 3rd floor you can see Mount Fuji. We stayed one night in Kofu in the lovely Hygge room. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the train station was just a few minutes away on foot. I'd definitely recommend it.

We chose this inn for a family trip because we needed space for four and it was near Kofu Station. The place turned out fantastically clean, and we were thrilled with it. Four single beds gave everyone a good night's sleep, while the table and chairs by the TV made it easy to relax and eat the breakfast we'd brought back. The bath, toilet, and washroom were all in the room, which felt spacious and convenient. The microwave was out on the second-floor landing, but that didn't bother us since the room was so comfortable. We also had a view of Mt. Fuji from the room. We'd definitely stay here again if we return to Kofu.
